    Designed for high-flow NGV applications, the WEH® Check valves provide uni-directional flow of CNG and can prevent sudden backflow of pressurized natural gas. A large variety of end connections such as internal BSP threads and tube fittings is available.

WEH® Check Valve TVR5 CNG for buses / trucks (ECE) and fueling stations - Product family
TVR5 CNG is the largest of our check valves. It is most efficient and developed specifically for CNG buses and trucks.

The check valve system is designed to minimize the effect of dirt particles on the sealing components within the unit.

The WEH® TVR5 CNG check valve is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel achieving a very durable unit due to its robust internal structure.

Durable valves for compressed natural gas (CNG)

WEH TVR5 CNG high flow check valves are designed specifically for zero leakage control of compressed natural gas (CNG). Free flow in one direction and blocked flow in the reverse (uni-directional flow control). They are available in different versions:

  • with tube fittings on both sides
  • withinternal thread
The check valves are rated for 200 bar / 3,000 psi (ECE) for installation in CNG trucks / buses and for 250 bar / 3,600 psi (CE) for installation in filling stations.
